3. എന്നാല് ദാനീയേല് ഉള്കൃഷ്ടമാനസനായിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവന് അദ്ധ്യക്ഷന്മാരിലും പ്രധാനദേശാധിപന്മാരിലും വിശിഷ്ടനായ്വിളങ്ങി; രാജാവു അവനെ സര്വ്വരാജ്യത്തിന്നും അധികാരിയാക്കുവാന് വിചാരിച്ചു.
