5. സഹോദരന്മാര് ഒന്നിച്ചു പാര്ക്കുംമ്പോള് അവരില് ഒരുത്തന് മകനില്ലാതെ മരിച്ചുപോയാല് മരിച്ചവന്റെ ഭാര്യ പുറത്തുള്ള ഒരുത്തന്നു ആകരുതു; ഭര്ത്താവിന്റെ സഹോദരന് അവളുടെ അടുക്കല് ചെന്നു അവളെ ഭാര്യയായി പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചു അവളോടു ദേവരധര്മ്മം നിവര്ത്തിക്കേണം.
