10. ദുഷ്ടന്നു കൃപ കാണിച്ചാലും അവന് നീതി പഠിക്കയില്ല; നേരുള്ള ദേശത്തു അവന് അന്യായം പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കും; യഹോവയുടെ മഹത്വം അവന് കാണുകയുമില്ല.
