15. ഇതാ ജാതികള് തുലാക്കൊട്ടയിലെ ഒരു തുള്ളിപോലെയും, തുലാസിലെ ഒരു പൊടിപോലെയും അവന്നു തോന്നുന്നു; ഇതാ, അവന് ദ്വീപുകളെ ഒരു മണല്തരിയെപ്പോലെ എടുത്തു പൊക്കുന്നു.
