9. സുവാര്ത്താദൂതിയായ സീയോനേ, നീ ഉയര്ന്ന പര്വ്വതത്തിലേക്കു കയറിച്ചെല്ലുക; സുവാര്ത്താദൂതിയായ യെരൂശലേമേ, നിന്റെ ശബ്ദം ശക്തിയോടെ ഉയര്ത്തുക; ഭയപ്പെടാതെ ഉയര്ത്തുക; യെഹൂദാനഗരങ്ങളോടുഇതാ, നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവം എന്നു പറക.
