39. അവന് അതിനെയും അതിലെ രാജാവിനെയും അതിന്റെ എല്ലാ പട്ടണങ്ങളെയും പിടിച്ചു വാളിന്റെ വായ്ത്തലയാല് സംഹരിച്ചു; അതിലുള്ള എല്ലാവരെയും ആരും ശേഷിക്കാതവണ്ണം നിര്മ്മൂലമാക്കി; അവന് ഹെബ്രോനോടു ചെയ്തതുപോലെയും ലിബ്നയോടും അതിലെ രാജാവിനോടും ചെയ്തതുപോലെയും ദെബീരിനോടും അതിലെ രാജാവിനോടും ചെയ്തു.
