25. ശെഖേംപൌരന്മാര് മലമുകളില് അവന്നു വിരോധമായി പതിയിരിപ്പുകാരെ ആക്കി, ഇവര് തങ്ങളുടെ സമീപത്തുകൂടി വഴിപേുകന്ന എല്ലാവരോടും കവര്ച്ച തുടങ്ങി; ഇതിനെക്കുറിച്ചു അബീമേലെക്കിന്നു അറിവുകിട്ടി.
