8. ജനം നടന്നു പെറുക്കി തിരികല്ലില് പൊടിച്ചിട്ടോ ഉരലില് ഇടിച്ചിട്ടോ കലത്തില് പുഴുങ്ങി അപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കും. അതിന്റെ രുചി എണ്ണചേര്ത്തുണ്ടാക്കിയ ദോശപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു.
