16. ഏകന് പാപം ചെയ്തതിന്റെ ഫലവും ദാനത്തിന്റെ കാര്യവും ഒരുപോലെയല്ല; ഏകന്റെ പാപം ശിക്ഷാവിധി കല്പിപ്പാന് ഹേതുവായിത്തീര്ന്നു. കൃപാവരമോ അനേക ലംഘനങ്ങളെ മോചിക്കുന്ന നീതീകരണ വിധിക്കു ഹേതുവായിത്തിര്ന്നു.
