11. കുട്ടികള ജനിക്കയോ ഗുണമാകട്ടെ ദോഷമാകട്ടെ ഒന്നും പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കയോ ചെയ്യുംമുമ്പേ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് പ്രകാരമുള്ള ദൈവനിര്ണ്ണയം പ്രവൃത്തികള് നിമിത്തമല്ല വിളിച്ചവന്റെ ഇഷ്ടം നിമിത്തം തന്നേ വരേണ്ടതിന്നു
