16. जर कोणा विश्वास ठेवणा-या स्त्रीच्या येथ­ विधवा असल्या तर तिन­ त्यांची तरतूद करावी, त्यांचांमंडळीवर भार पडूं देऊं नये; म्हणज ज्या खरोखर विधवा आहेत त्यांस मंडळीला साहित्य पुरवितां येईल.
