8. इतक­च नाहीं, तर खिस्त येशू माझा प्रभु, याजविशयींच्या ज्ञानाच्या श्रेश्ठत्वामुळ­ मी सर्व कांहीं हानि असें समजतों; त्याच्यामुळें मीं सर्व वस्तूंची हानि सोशिली, आणि त्या केरकचरा अशा लेखता­; यासाठीं की मला खिस्त हा लाभ प्राप्त व्हावा,
