3. म्हणून नवरा जीवंत असतां ती दुस-या पुरुशाची झाली तर तिला व्यभिचरिणी म्हणतात; पण नवरा गत झाल्यावर त्या नियमापासून ती मुक्त होते; नंतर ती दुस-या पुरुशाची झाली असतांहि व्यभिचरिणी होत नाहीं.
