5. Hoewel mijn huis alzo niet is bij God, nochtans heeft Hij mij een eeuwig verbond gesteld, dat in alles wel geordineerd en bewaard is; voorzeker is daarin al mijn heil, en alle lust, hoewel Hij het nog niet doet uitspruiten.
