25. En gij, Ezra, naar de wijsheid uws Gods, die in uw hand is, stel regeerders en richters, die al het volk richten, dat aan gene zijde der rivier is, allen, die de wetten Gods weten, en die ze niet weet, zult gijlieden die bekend maken.
