9. Mijn heer koning! deze mannen hebben kwalijk gehandeld in alles, wat zij gedaan hebben aan den profeet Jeremia, dien zij in den kuil geworpen hebben; daar hij toch in zijn plaats zou gestorven zijn vanwege den honger, dewijl geen brood meer in de stad is.
