13. Daarop zeide David tot zijn manschappen: Ieder gorde zijn zwaard aan. Toen gordde ieder zich het zwaard aan; ook David zelf gordde zijn zwaard aan. Daarna trokken ongeveer vierhonderd man op achter David, terwijl er tweehonderd bij het pakgoed bleven.
