36. Abigaïl kwam bij Nabal en zie, hij had in zijn huis een feestmaal, als het feestmaal van een koning. Nabal was in een vrolijke stemming en hij was zwaar beschonken. Daarom vertelde zij hem hoegenaamd niets, eer het morgenlicht aanbrak.
