13. Daarop vroeg David hem: Van wie zijt gij en waar komt gij vandaan? Hij antwoordde: Ik ben een Egyptische jongeman, een slaaf van een Amalekiet. Mijn heer heeft mij achtergelaten, omdat ik drie dagen geleden ziek werd.
