10. En Amasa was niet op zijn hoede voor het zwaard dat in Joabs hand was; deze stak hem daarmee in het onderlijf, zodat zijn ingewanden ter aarde stortten. Hij behoefde het geen tweede maal te doen, want hij stierf. - Joab nu en zijn broeder Abisai zetten de achtervolging van Seba, de zoon van Bikri, voort. -
