13. Geen hand zal hem aanraken, want dan zal men zeker gestenigd of met pijlen doorschoten worden; hetzij dier hetzij mens, hij zal niet blijven leven. Eerst bij de langgerekte toon van de hoorn mogen zij de berg bestijgen.
