8. Indien zij haar heer niet bevalt, die haar voor zichzelf bestemd had, dan moet hij haar laten loskopen; hij heeft niet de bevoegdheid haar aan een vreemd volk te verkopen, omdat hij trouweloos tegen haar gehandeld heeft.
