9. Bij elke zaak van verduistering, hetzij van een rund, een ezel, een stuk kleinvee, een gewaad, hetzij van welk verloren voorwerp ook, waarvan (de eigenaar) zegt: dat is het - zal hun beider zaak tot de goden komen. Hij, die de goden schuldig verklaren, zal aan zijn naaste het dubbele als vergoeding geven.
