16. Daarom verheugt de HERE Zich niet over de jonge mannen en ontfermt Hij Zich niet over de wezen en weduwen, want elkeen is een godvergetene en een booswicht en elke mond spreekt dwaasheid. Ondanks dit alles keert zijn toorn zich niet af en blijft zijn hand uitgestrekt.
