3. Want, als iemand goed handelt, behoeft hij niet bevreesd te zijn voor de overheidspersonen, maar wel, als hij verkeerd handelt. Wilt gij zonder vrees voor de overheid zijn? Doe het goede, en gij zult lof van haar ontvangen.
