15. Ook naar Jeruzalem stuurde God zijn engel om er verderf te stichten. Maar toen deze daarmee wilde beginnen en Jahwe dit zag, kreeg Jahwe spijt over het onheil en Hij zei tot de verderfengel: ‘Het is nu genoeg; trek uw hand terug.’ De engel van Jahwe stond juist bij de dorsvloer van Ornan, de Jebusiet.
