44. Niemand uit het volk of uit de priesters is het geoorloofd iets aan deze bepalingen af te doen of aan zijn bevelen te weerstaan, zonder zijn toestemming een vergadering in het land te beleggen, zich in purper te kleden of de gouden gesp te dragen.
