1. Heel de gemeenschap van de Israelieten vertrok uit de woestijn van Sin, om naar Jahwe’s aanwijzingen van kamp tot kamp verder te gaan. Toen ze hun kamp opsloegen in Refidim had het volk geen water te drinken.
