13. Want daaruit voorzien alle inwoners van Betulia zich van water. Ze zullen van dorst vergaan en hun stad overgeven. Wij en onze mannen zullen de omringende bergtoppen bezetten en er wachtposten plaatsen om te verhinderen dat ook maar iemand de stad verlaat.
