6. Toen verklaarde de man die familieverplichtingen had tegenover Ruth: ‘Dan kan ik mijn recht niet laten gelden. Het zou de ondergang van mijn familiebezit worden. Neemt u mijn rechten maar over; ik kan mijn verplichtingen niet nakomen.’
