8. Daarom: wacht maar op Mij - zo luidt de godsspraak van Jahwe -, wacht op de dag dat Ik als aanklager optreed. Voorwaar, mijn oordeel luidt aldus: Ik verzamel de volken en breng de koninkrijken bijeen om over hen mijn woede uit te storten, al mijn gloeiende toorn. Ja, door het vuur van mijn naijver zal heel de aarde verteerd worden.
