6. Toen riep Akis David bij zich en zei tegen hem: `Zowaar de HEER leeft, u bent een eerlijk man en ik stel er prijs op dat u in alles met mijn leger meedoet, want vanaf de dag dat u bij me gekomen bent, tot op de dag van vandaag, heb ik niets op u aan te merken gehad. Maar de stadsvorsten mogen u niet.
