6. De koning trok met zijn mannen naar Jeruzalem, naar de Jebusieten, de bewoners van de streek. Die riepen David toe: `Hier komt u niet binnen! Blinden en kreupelen houden u tegen.' Ze bedoelden: `David komt hier nooit binnen.'
