10. Toen liet Lot zijn blik rondgaan; hij zag, hoe rijk aan water het land langs de Jordaan was. Want voordat de HEER Sodom en Gomorra verwoest had, was deze streek, tot Soar toe, als de tuin van de HEER, even waterrijk als Egypte.
