17. Daarom spaart de Heer de jonge mannen niet en ontfermt Hij zich niet over weduwen en wezen, want allen zijn goddeloos en doen kwaad, iedere mond kraamt goddeloze taal uit. En nog bedaart zijn toorn niet, zijn hand blijft opgeheven.
