2. Daarom, zo spreekt de HEER, de God van Israël, tegen de herders die mijn volk weiden: "Door uw schuld zijn mijn schapen verdwaald en uiteengedreven; u hebt er niet op gelet. Maar Ik let wel op u, vanwege al uw misdaden !!- godsspraak van de HEER."
