4. Wij zullen ze met onze ruiterij overspoelen. Hun bergen zullen dronken worden van hun bloed en hun vlakten zullen bezaaid worden met hun lijken. En hun voetvolk zal geen schijn van kans hebben tegen ons, maar jammerlijk ten onder gaan, zegt koning Nebukadnessar, de heer van heel de aarde. Hij heeft gesproken en zijn woorden zullen niet ijdel blijken.
