21. of slaat hij hem uit vijandschap zo met de vuist dat de ander sterft, dan moet degene die geslagen heeft, ter dood gebracht worden, want hij is een moordenaar. De bloedwreker kan de moordenaar doden zodra hij hem tegenkomt.
