4. Herren, Israels Gud, har av hele min fars hus utvalgt mig til å være konge over Israel for all tid; for Juda utvalgte han til å være fyrste, og av Judas hus min fars hus, og blandt min fars sønner hadde han behag i mig, så han gjorde mig til konge over hele Israel.
