28. Eliab, hans eldste bror, hørte hvad han talte med mennene om; da optendtes hans vrede mot David, og han sa: Hvorfor er du kommet her ned, og til hvem har du overlatt de to-tre får der i ørkenen? Jeg kjenner ditt overmot og ditt hjertes ondskap; det er for å se på striden du er kommet her ned.
