9. Så søkte han efter Akasja, og han blev grepet mens han holdt sig skjult i Samaria, og de førte ham til Jehu og drepte ham. Så begravde de ham; for de sa: Han er en sønn av Josafat, som søkte Herren av alt sitt hjerte. Men det var ingen igjen av Akasjas hus som var i stand til å overta kongedømmet.
