15. Da han så drog derfra, traff han på Jonadab, Rekabs sønn, som kom ham i møte, og han hilste på ham og sa til ham: Mener du det like så opriktig med mig som jeg med dig? Jonadab svarte: Ja. Er det så [sa Jehu], da gi mig din hånd! Da gav han ham hånden; og han lot ham stige op til sig i vognen.
