16. Og jeg vil føre blinde på en vei de ikke kjenner; på stier de ikke kjenner, vil jeg la dem ferdes; jeg vil gjøre mørke steder for deres åsyn til lys og bakker til sletteland. Dette er de ting jeg vil gjøre, jeg vil visselig ikke la det være.
