17. Derfor gleder Herren sig ikke over dets unge menn, og over dets farløse og enker forbarmer han sig ikke; for de er alle sammen gudløse og gjør det onde, og hver munn taler dårskap. Men med alt dette vender hans vrede ikke tilbake, og ennu er hans hånd rakt ut.
