9. se, så sender jeg bud og henter alle Nordens folkeslag, sier Herren, og jeg sender bud til Babels konge Nebukadnesar, min tjener, og jeg lar dem komme over dette land og over dets innbyggere og over alle folkeslagene her rundt omkring, og jeg slår dem med bann og gjør dem til en forferdelse og til en spott og deres land til evige ørkener,
