8. Og det folk og det rike som ikke vil tjene ham, Nebukadnesar, Babels konge, og som ikke vil bøie sin nakke under Babels konges åk, det folk vil jeg hjemsøke med sverd og hungersnød og pest, sier Herren, inntil jeg får gjort ende på dem ved hans hånd.
