9. Og stattholderen Nehemias og presten Esras, den skriftlærde, og levittene som lærte folket, sa til alt folket: Denne dag er helliget Herren eders Gud, sørg ikke og gråt ikke! For alt folket gråt da de hørte lovens ord.
