17. Og David sa til Gud: Det var då eg som vilde at folket skulde teljast! Det er eg som hev synda og fare so ille åt. Men desse lambi mine, kva hev dei gjort? Herre, min Gud, lat heller handi di råma meg og ætti mi, men ikkje folket ditt, so det vert heimsøkt!
