Alle riksrådane og jarlane og satrapane, rådsherrane og landshovdingane hev samrådt seg um at det burde verta gjeve eit kongeleg påbod og ferda ut eit strengt forbod, at den som i tretti dagar bed til nokon annan enn deg, konge, anten det er til ein gud eller eit menneske, han skal verta kasta i løvegropi, kven det so er.
