13. कसैले पनि दुई जना मालिकको सेवा गर्न सक्दैन, किनभने तिमीले एउटालाई घृणा गर्नेछौ र अर्कोलाई माया गर्नेछौ अथवा तिमी एउटाप्रति समर्पित हुनेछौ र अर्कोलाई बेवास्ता गर्नेछौ । तिमीहरूले परमेश्वर र धनसम्पत्ति दुवैको सेवा गर्न सक्दैनौ।’’
